  • Approach

I take an intergenerational approach to healing. I believe that each generation has strength and wisdom that other generations can learn from. I am passionate about working towards healing the wounds of intergenerational trauma caused by colonial exploitation (including settler colonialism),  racism, sexism, classism, homophobia and transphobia. My approach emphasizes self-acceptance, compassion, and curiosity.
